摘  要:为软岩巷道过断层破碎带支护技术研究提供有效技术支撑,采用理论分析、岩石三轴压缩试验、围岩表面变形监测和MIDAS/GTS数值模拟,分析断层破碎带对巷道表面变形的影响.以红庆梁煤矿回3-1煤辅运大巷1088 m处断层破碎带为工程背景,提出将原矩形断面更改为直墙半圆拱形断面和锚网索喷+"U"型钢支架的联合支护方法.研究结果表明:选择断层核心区域的1个观测断面进行围岩表面变形观测,并与数值模拟结果进行对比分析,数值模拟结果与现场实际监测数据基本一致.施工至断层破碎带20 m范围内配合注浆对围岩进行加固,确保安全通过断层破碎带.In order to offer valid technical support for the research of the supporting technology for the soft rock roadway through the fault broken zone, this paper adopted theoretical analysis, three axis compression test of rock, the surface of surrounding rock deformation monitoring and MIDAS/GTS numerical simulation, and analyzed the fault broken zone on the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway. Taking the fault broken zone at 1088 m location of 3-1 coal auxiliary transport roadway in Hong Qing Liang coal mine as engineering background, this study proposed a combined supporting method by changing the original rectangular section to the straight wall arch section, cable anchor and U type steel support. The research results show that choosing a fault core area of the one observation sections in surrounding rock, the surface deformation observation and numerical simulation results were compared and analyzed. The results of numerical simulation and site actual monitoring data are basically consistent. The construction to the fault broken zone 20 m range with reinforcement of surrounding rock by grouting to ensure safe through the fault broken zone.
