摘 要:为研究影响工作面底板注浆加固效果的3个典型因素(底板裂隙率、注浆材料配比、隔水层厚度)的综合作用,探索注浆加固机理,应用正交设计方法对注浆后工作面开采过程进行相似模拟试验,观测底板应力、位移、底板破坏深度、底板岩层弹性模量等指标,采用极差分析法分析各因素的敏感性,得到各观测指标的主控因素.研究结果表明:正交试验不同组合下各观测指标变化范围较大,其中底板裂隙率对底板应力及底板岩层弹性模量起主控作用,隔水层厚度对底板位移及底板破坏深度起主控作用,而注浆材料配比对底板岩层弹性模量也有一定影响,并作出直观分析图分析了各因素对观测指标的影响规律.In order to research the comprehensive function and mechanism of influence factors for floor grouting reinforcement effect, the floor crack rate, grouting material mixture ratio and aquiclude thickness were selected as three typical factors. A serious of experiments based on orthogonal design were carried out to simulate the process of mining after floor grouting reinforcement. The floor stress, floor displacement, floor failure depth and floor rock elastic modulus were observed. Sensitivities of these three factors were studied with range analysis method, and the main controlling factor of observation targets was obtained. Results show that, the observation targets change widely in different combinations; the floor crack rate has much to do with floor stress and elastic modulus; the aquiclude thickness has much to do with floor displacement and failure depth; the grouting material mixture ratio also has something to do with elastic modulus of floor rock; intuitive analysis diagram was used to describe the effect law of factors to the observation targets.
