摘 要:制造业是国民经济的支柱性产业,对我国经济的发展有着重大的影响。资源配置的有效性可以揭示制造业的投入产出状况,从而反应经济运行效率。本文以天津市制造业相关数据为基础,构建基于主成分分析与数据包络分析(PCA-DEA)的两阶段综合评价模型;第一阶段,使用PCA从14个原始指标中获得6个综合指标,其中4个为输入指标和2个为产出指标;第二阶段,将标准DEA模型与具体的综合指标一起使用,进行资源配置有效性的测量,并对PCA-DEA模型的决策单元评估结果进行比较和讨论。最后依据对天津市制造业资源配置测算结果的分析,提出相关的建议,同时也为制造业资源配置研究提供借鉴。Manufacturing industry is a pillar industry in national economy and has a great influence on the economic development of our country. The effectiveness of resource allocation can reveal the input and output situation of the manufacturing industry, thus reflecting the economic efficiency of operation. In this paper, relevant data of Tianjin manufacturing was referenced and a two-stage comprehensive evaluation model based on principal component analysis and data envelopment analysis (PCA-DEA) was built. In the first phase, we used PCA to obtain six comprehensive indicators from 14 original indicators, four of which were input indicators and two output indicators. In the second stage, the standard DEA model is used together with the specific comprehensive index to measure the validity of resource allocation, and the results of PCA-DEA model decision-making unit are compared and discussed. Finally, based on the measurement results of manufacturing resources in Tianjin, the relevant suggestions were put forward, which provide references for further study on manufacturing resource allocation.
