艾灸联合脱敏消斑汤治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎脾肾两虚证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸和脱敏消斑汤治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎脾肾两虚证的疗效。方法选取60例过敏性紫癜性肾炎肾病综合征脾肾两虚证的患者,随机分为艾灸组和刺络组,每组30人。艾灸组采用艾灸疗法联合脱敏消斑汤加减,刺络组采用刺络疗法联合脱敏消斑汤加减,疗程1个月,观察2组治疗前后的中医症状积分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣红细胞计数、血肌酐及尿素氮的变化,并比较2种治疗方法的临床疗效及复发情况。结果治疗后2组患者各项观察指标与治疗前相比均有显著改善(P<0.05),且艾灸组优于刺络组。艾灸组临床治愈率明显高于刺络组,且复发率明显降低。结论艾灸联合脱敏消斑汤辨治过敏性紫癜性肾炎脾肾两虚证疗效明显。Objective To observe the curative effect of moxibustion therapy and Desensitization Xiaoban Decoction in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis （HSPN）with the deficiency of both slpeen and kidney syndrome. Methods Sixty cases of HSPN with the deficiency of both slpeen and kid- ney were randomly divided into moxibustion group and collateral puncture group. Patients in moxibustion group were treated with moxibustion combined with Desensitization Xiaoban Decoction, meanwhile, col- lateral puncture therapy combined with the Desensitization Xiaoban Decoction was used in collateral punc- ture group. After one month treatment, the symptom score of TCM, 24 h urinary protein, red blood cell count of urinary sediment, serum creatinine（Scr） and blood urea nitrogen（BUN） were observed before and after treatment. Also the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared. Results After treat- ment, the observation indexes of two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the improvement in moxibustion group was superior to that of the collateral puncture group. The clinical cure rate in moxibustion group was much higher than collateral puncture group, and the recurrence rate in moxibustion group was significantly lower than collateral puncture group. Conclusion In treating HSPN with the deficiency of both slpeen and kidney syndrome, moxibus-tion combined with Desensitization Xiaoban Decoction has good effect.
