咽喉反流发病与中医体质的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究咽喉反流发病与中医体质类型之间的相关性。方法应用反流体征指数量表(RFS)及反流症状指数量表(RSI)对2016年3月—2017年3月北京中医药大学附属东直门医院耳鼻喉科诊断为咽喉反流的患者进行筛选,最终纳入120例作为观察组进行问卷调查,填写统一的中医体质分类与判定自测表(中华中医药学会标准),与120例健康对照组进行对比,观察咽喉反流患者体质类型的分布规律。结果咽喉反流患者体质类型出现频次分布特点为:气虚质(21.35%)>痰湿质(20.22%)>阴虚质(13.20%)>阳虚质(12.92%)>气郁质(11.52%)>湿热质(9.55%)>特禀质(4.49%)>血瘀质(3.93%)>平和质(2.81%)。组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与健康对照组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咽喉反流的发病与中医体质具有相关性,以气虚质和痰湿质为主。Objective Tostudy the correlation between the incidence of reflux of the throat and the type Reflux signs index scale （RFS） and reflux symptom index （RSI） of re- flux were used to diagnose laryngopharyngeal reflux patients in Dongzhimen Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017, and 120 patients were involved as control group. The control group was conducted question- naire survey, and got self-chedked chart of TCM constitution classification and determination（ China Association of Chinese Medicine Standard）. 120 healthy people were compared to investigate the distribution rule of laryngopharyngeal reflux patients＇ constitution. Results The distribution characteristics of laryngopharyngeal reflux patients constitution frequency were： qi deficiency （21.35%）, phlegm-dampness （20.22%）, yin deficiency （ 13.20% ）, yang deficiency （ 12.92% ）, qi stagnation （ 11.53% ）, damp-heat （9.55%）, the sensitive（4.49% ）, blood stasis （3.93%）, and balance （2.81%）. In con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And significant difference was shown between two groups. （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a correlation between laryngopharyngeal reflux and TCM constitution, and the common constitution types were qi deficiency and phlegm dampness.
