血尿酸与下肢动脉钙化的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血尿酸与下肢动脉钙化的相关性。方法:选择2010年1月至2015年12月收治于中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院并行下肢CT检查的病例,共164例。收集患者的临床资料以及血清生化指标。通过CT扫描和Agatston评分系统评估下肢动脉钙化,分析血尿酸与下肢动脉钙化的相关性。结果:与正常尿酸组比较,高尿酸血症组血球蛋白升高(P<0.05);正常尿酸组与高尿酸组的下肢动脉钙化积分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。尿酸与下肢动脉钙化积分无显著相关性(r=0.026,P>0.05),校正球蛋白因素后,尿酸与下肢动脉钙化积分仍无显著相关性(P均>0.05)。高尿酸血症组与正常尿酸组无/轻、中、重度钙化的发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:尿酸与下肢动脉钙化可能不存在直接相关性。Objective：To investigate the association between serum uric acid and lower extremity arterial calcification.Methods：From January 2010 to December 2015,a total of 164 subjects,including 120 males and 44 females,were enrolled in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.Clinical data and serum biochemical parameters were collected from the database.According to the Agatston method,lower extremity arteial calcification was assessed by CT scan,and the correlation between serum uric acid and lower extremity arterial calcification was analyzed.Results：Compared with normal uric acid（n UA）group,serum globulin showed a significant increase in the hyperuricemia（h UA）group（P0.05）.No statistically significant differences were observed in lower extremity arterial calcification score between the n UA group and the h UA group（P0.05）.Additionally,the correlation between uric acid and the lower extremity arterial calcification score has not been observed（r=0.026,P0.05）.Furthermore,uric acid was not significantly associated with lower extremity arterial calcification scores after adjusting for globulin（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of non/mild,moderate and severe calcification respectively between the h UA group and the n UA group（P0.05）.Conclusion：There may be no direct correlation between serum uric acid and the lower extremity arterial calcification.
