神经传导速度测定与感觉阈值检测在糖尿病周围神经病诊断中的应用价值对比分析  被引量:4

摘  要:目的:对比分析神经传导速度测定与感觉阈值检测在糖尿病周围神经病诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院在2015年3月-2016年7月收治的102例糖尿病患者作为本次的研究对象,将其按病情的不同分为观察组(有周围神经病症状,50例)与对照组(无周围神经病症状,52例)。给予两组患者进行感觉阈值检测、神经传导速度测定。结果:观察组患者的感觉阈值异常率以及神经传导速度异常率明显高于对照组(92.00%vs 48.08%,54.00%vs 17.31%,P<0.05)。结论:感觉阈值检测和神经传导速度测定在糖尿病周围神经病诊断中各有优缺点,联合检测,能够为临床提供更为有效的诊断依据,对患者的确诊以及后续的治疗均有重要的意义,值得临床推广应用。Objective:In order to compare the value of nerve conduction velocity detection and sensory threshold detection in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:This study used data from 102 patients with diabetes during March 2015 to July 2016.They were divided into observation group(50 cases with peripheral neuropathy)and control group(no peripheral neuropathy symptoms,52 cases).Two groups of patients were given sensory threshold detection and nerve conduction velocity detection.Results:The abnormal rate of sensory threshold and the rate of nerve conduction velocity in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(92.00% vs 48.08%,54.00% vs 17.31%,P0.05).Conclusion:Sensory threshold detection and nerve conduction velocity detection in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy have their own advantages and disadvantages,through the united test,can provide a more effective clinical diagnosis,is conducive to treatment.It is worthy of clinical application.
