摘 要:香蕉产业在中国热带亚热带地区发挥着重要作用。中国的香蕉生产经常因为台风而大幅减产。培育抗倒伏香蕉品种是解决这一问题的根本途径。植物茎秆的倒伏抗性主要取决于木质素含量。4-香豆酸:Co A连接酶位于植物木质素合成代谢途径的入口处,是植物木质素合成代谢的限速步骤。香蕉4-香豆酸:Co A连接酶基因Mu4CL15与功能已知的高粱4-香豆酸:Co A连接酶基因bmr2的序列高度相似。将Mu4CL15转化进入普通香蕉巴西蕉以后,只转化空载体的香蕉幼苗假茎木质素含量为(5.3±0.5)%,而转化Mu4CL15的香蕉幼苗的假茎木质素含量为(10.3±0.6)%,转化Mu4CL15的香蕉幼苗的假茎木质素含量显著高于只转化空载体的香蕉幼苗。转化Mu4CL15的香蕉幼苗的假茎物理强度显著高于只转化空载体的香蕉幼苗。通过向香蕉转化4-香豆酸:Co A连接酶基因提高香蕉抗倒伏能力是完全可行的。Banana property play important roles in China. Banana production in China has always been reduced by typhoon. Breeding new varieties with high lodging resistance is the basic way to resolve this problem. The lodging resistance of plant is mainly determined by plant's lignin content. 4-coumarate: CoA ligase locate at the entrance to lignin synthesis pathway in plant. The step that 4-coumarate: CoA ligase catalyze is the limiting step in lignin synthesis pathway. Banana 4-coumarate: CoA ligase gene Mu4 CL15 has high similarity with bmr2, which is the first 4-coumarate: CoA ligase gene whose function has been identified. After banana embryogenic suspension cells were transformed with Mu4 CL15, the lignin content of the transformed seedling pseudostem was(10.3±0.6)%,while that value of the control was only(5.3±0.5)%. The lignin content in pseudostem of the transformed plant was significantly higher than the control. The physical strength of the trnasformed-plant pseudostem was also distinctly higher than the control. Enhancing banana plant's lodging resistance by transforming 4-coumarate: CoA ligase gene is feasible.
