光子嫩肤联合超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗光老化皮肤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨光子嫩肤及超脉冲二氧化碳(CO_2)点阵激光治疗光老化皮肤的临床疗效。方法:以我院2015年2月至2017年8月86例皮肤点老化患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组患者采用光子嫩肤及超脉冲CO_2点阵激光进行治疗,对照组患者仅采用光子嫩肤进行治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及皮肤老化程度。结果:治疗后,研究组皮肤老化程度较对照组轻,研究组临床疗效高于对照组,研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光子嫩肤联合超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗光老化皮肤的临床疗效更显著且安全性高,可显著改善皮肤光老化症状。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of photorejuvenation combined with ultra pulsed CO2 laser in treatment of photoaging skin. Methods：86 patients with skin aging in our hospital from Feb 2015 to Aug 2017 were selected as the research object. The cases were randomly divided into study group and control group. The research group was treated with photorejuvenation and super pulse CO2 laser treatment,the cases in control group only received photorejuvenation treatment. The clinical curative effect,the rate of adverse reaction and degree of skin aging were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results：After treatment,compared with control group,the degree of skin aging was lighter,the clinical efficacy was higher,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group,all P0.05. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of photorejuvenation combined with ultra pulsed CO2 laser in treatment of photoaging skin is more significant with higher safety,which can significantly improve skin photoaging symptoms.
