摘　　要：阐述"互联网+"背景下平安医院建设发展所面临的挑战和影响,对其应对措施进行探讨,包括加强个人信息保护、第3方监管、舆情监控及人才培养等方面,促进平安医院建设快速发展。The paper explains challenge and influence of the building of safe hospital against the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ background, and discusses the countermeasures including strengthening personal information protection, the third party supervision, public opinion monitoring,talent cultivation and other aspects, in order to promote rapid development of safe hospital building.
