段富津教授治疗慢性前列腺炎验案探析

摘　　要：国医大师段富津教授熟读经典,注重临床,悬壶济世50余载,在治疗慢性前列腺炎方面积累了丰富的临床经验。段富津教授认为:慢性前列腺炎以湿热、气滞、肾虚为主要病理环节,临证从肾阴亏虚,膀胱失约;肾阳亏虚、肾精不固;火移小肠、膀胱湿热;肝郁脾虚、热扰心神;膀胱结热,溺浊不固五个证型进行论治。在用药的同时,段富津教授注重心理与生活的调护,临床上收获颇丰,现总结如下以供同仁参考。Prof. Duan Fujin,the master of Chinese medicine,has been engaged in clinical research and practice for over 50 years. He has the deep understanding on TCM classic books and has rich experiences in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Prof. Duan believes： the key pathological factors of the disease include damp heat,qi stagnation and kidney deficiency. The treatment focuses on five patterns,named kidney yin deficiency and dysfunction of bladder; kidney yang deficiency and failure of kidney to control essence; fire in the small intestine and damp heat in bladder; liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,heat disturbing the mind;heat stagnation in bladder and turbid urine. Besides herbal medication,the psychological care and living adjustment are taken in consideration. The clinical effects are significant.
