摘 要:目的探索气滞血瘀输卵管炎性不孕症大鼠标准化模型的制作方法,为进一步实验研究奠定基础。方法选用wistar雌性大鼠40只随机分为非气滞血瘀组10只与气滞血瘀组30只(气滞血瘀声光电刺激组10只、气滞血瘀夹尾组10只、气滞血瘀肾上腺素注射组10只)。通过混合菌输卵管注射制作出输卵管炎性不孕模型,然后分别采用噪音、闪烁光、电击、夹尾、肾上腺素皮下注射法复制出气滞血瘀型动物模型,对其进行相关表征观察和指标比较。结果气滞血瘀组均出现爪、尾、舌变紫等气滞血瘀改变;气滞血瘀声光电刺激组与非气滞血瘀组相比,全血高、中、低切粘度与血浆粘度升高(P<0.01),气滞血瘀夹尾组与非气滞血瘀组相比,全血高、中切粘度与血浆粘度明显升高(P<0.01),气滞血瘀肾上腺素注射组与非气滞血瘀组相比,全血高切粘度与血浆粘度明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。且气滞血瘀声光电刺激组各项指标升高趋势均优于气滞血瘀夹尾组、气滞血瘀肾上腺素注射组(P<0.05)。但气滞血瘀肾上腺注射组化学药物易受外界影响导致稳定性差而不符合气滞血瘀病证久而生瘀原则。结论采取噪音、闪烁光、电击、夹尾综合刺激结合混合菌注射法可成功有效建立气滞血瘀输卵管炎性不孕症大鼠模型。Objective To explore the method for the establishment of rat model of oviduct inflammatory infertility of qi and blood stagnation pattern in TCM. Methods A total of 40 Wistar female rats were randomized as No. 1 group( 10 rats without qi and blood stagnation) and No. 2 group( 30 rats with qi and blood stagnation). The oviduct injection with mixed bacteria,the model of oviduct inflammatory infertility was prepared. Afterwards,with the stimulation as noise,flicker,electric shock,tail clamping and subcutaneous injection of adrenaline,the animal model of qi and blood stagnation pattern was duplicated. The relevant representation and indexes were observed and compared. Results In No. 2 group,the symptoms of qi and blood stagnation occurred in claws,tail and tongue. Regarding the stimulation with noise,light and electric shock,the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were all increased in No. 2 group as compared with No. 1 group( P〈0. 01). Regarding the stimulation with tail clamping,the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were all increased in No. 2 group as compared with No. 1 group( P〈0. 01). Regarding the stimulation of adrenaline stimulation,the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were all increased in No. 2 group as compared with No. 1 group( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). The increasing amplitudes of the indexes in No. 2 group,with the stimulation with noise,light and electric shock,were superior in tendency to No. 2 group with the stimulation of tail clamp and adrenaline injection. In No. 2 group with adrenaline injection,the stability of chemical drug was apt to be affected by the external factors,which led to the failure to meet the criteria of the pathogenesis of blood stagnation. Conclusion The comprehensive stimulation of noise,flicker,electric shock and tail clamping combined with the injection of mixed bacteria sets up the model of qi and blood stagnation in the rats effectively and successfully.
