摘 要:以单列球面滚子轴承为研究对象,采用基于数值离散的切片法,综合考虑了球面滚子结构参数、轴承内圈偏转以及弹流润滑效应的影响,建立了单列球面滚子轴承径向综合刚度的计算模型.利用Matlab编程,通过数值计算的方法,研究了滚子轮廓半径、内圈偏转角、轴承转速、径向外载荷、弹流润滑等因素对轴承径向刚度的影响规律.研究结果表明,单列球面滚子轴承的径向刚度随着径向外载荷、内圈偏转角的增大而增大,随着轴承转速、滚子轮廓半径的增大而减小.A calculating model is developed to study the radial stiffness of single row spherical roller bearings by using a slice technique based on numerical dispersion with considering some factors such as the structure parameter of the roller, rotating angle of the inner ring, speed of the bearing, the radial loads on spherical roller bearings, and elastohydrodynamic lubrication. The effect of the above factors on the bearings' radial stiffness is studied by numerical calculating by using Matlab. Results show that the radial stiffness increases with the increase of radial loads, rotary angle of the inner ring, and decreases with the speed of the bearing and the radius of roller increasing.
