摘  要:鉴于液压缸铰点位置是影响车载高空制瓦设备折叠举升机构整机性能的关键,以降低液压缸工作压力和提高其油压稳定性为优化目标,利用统一目标函数法建立数学模型,采用遗传基因优化算法进行优化求解.基于优化结果在ADAMS中建立折叠举升机构的动力学模型,模拟分析其实际工作状况,得出优化前后的液压缸油压变化曲线.仿真曲线表明,对液压缸铰点位置的优化,大幅提升了折叠举升机构的工作性能.As the hinge point location of hydraulic cylinder is a key factor that directly influences the whole machine performance of the collapsible lifting mechanism of vehicular high-altitude tile equipment, this paper aims to reduce the working pressure and increase the stability of pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. A mathematical model is built with unified objective functional method, and the optimization result is solved based on the genetic algorithm optimization method. With the optimization result, a dynamical model of the collapsible lifting mechanism is built by ADAMS to analyze its practical working conditions and form a hydraulic pressure changing curve, which testifies that the optimized hinge point position of the hydraulic cylinder significantly improves the working performance of collapsible lifting mechanism.
