摘 要:目的:调查我院多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR-AB)中β-内酰胺类及氨基糖苷类耐药基因的流行情况,为加强控制临床感染提供依据。方法:采用VITEK-2Compact全自动细菌鉴定仪鉴定菌种,收集2016年10月到2017年3月潍坊市人民医院住院患者感染标本中分离得到的MDR-AB菌株,采用PCR技术检测TEM、ADC、OXA-23、OXA-51、ISAba1、annA、aac(3)-I、ant(3”)-I、aac(6’)-Ib耐药基因的携带情况。结果:TEM、ADC、OXA-23、OXA-51、ISAba1、armA的检出率〉70%,aac(3)-I、ant(3”)-I、aac(6)-Ib检出率〉30%,其中OXA-51、ISAba1全邵检出。结论:我院MDR-AB菌株中TEM、ADC、OXA-23、OXA-51、ISAba1、armA基因携带率高,应加强促进抗生素的合理使用,减缓鲍曼不动杆菌进一步耐药。Objective: To investigate the prevalence of beta lactam and aminoglycoside resistance genes in multidrug-resistant Acinetobacterbaumannii (MDk-AB) of our hospital, providing evidence for clinical control of infection. Methods: Using vitek-2 Compact automatic bacterial identification instrument to identify the bacterial species, MDR-AB strains were isolated from hospitalized patients of Weifang People's Hospital during October 2016 to March 2017 , PCR. was used to detect the resistance gene: TEM, ADC, OXA-23, OXA-51, ISAbal, armA, ant (3 ") - I,aac (3) - I, aac (6 ") -Ib. Results: The detection rate ofTEM, ADC, OXA-23, OXA-51, ISAbal, and armA was 〉70%, and the detection rate ofaac (3) -I, ant (3") -I, aac (6') -Ib was 〉30%. Besides, the OXA-51 and ISAbal gene were all detected. Conclusion: The carrier rates ofTEM, ADC, OXA-23,OXA-51, ISAbal and armA genes were high in the MDR-AB strain of our hospital.The rational use of antibiotics should be strengthened to slow down the further resistance of the Acinetobacter baumannii.
