摘  要:为了解东北林区啮齿动物蜱媒传染病感染状况,采用间接免疫荧光法对吉林省集安、辽宁省宽甸林区捕获的野鼠进行7种蜱媒病原体Ig G抗体检测,检测鼠血清75份,斑点热立克次体、粒细胞无形体、查菲埃立克体、伯氏疏螺旋体、蜱媒脑炎病毒、新布尼亚病毒、土拉弗菌抗体阳性率分别为13.33%、8.00%、14.67%、4.00%、1.33%、6.67%、1.33%,统计学处理差异非常显著(χ2=19.83,P=0.003)。不同鼠种对7种蜱媒病原体抗体检出阳性率各不相同,但差异无统计学意义。75份野鼠标本中,复合感染率为8%。调查地区野鼠中7种蜱媒病原体感染比较普遍,以斑点热立克次体和查菲埃立克体阳性率为高。The infection situation of tick-borne pathogens in rodents at NE forest area in China was investigated using indirect immunofluorescence assays(IFA),Ig G antibody of seven tick-borne pathogens were detected in rodent collected from forest area from Ji'an of Jilin province,Kuandian of Liaoning province. The results showed that 75 rodent sera were detected,and spotted fever group rickettsiae(SFGR),Anaplasma phagocytophilum(Ap),Ehrlichia chaffeensis(Ec),Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato,tick borne encephalitis virus(TBEV),severe fever with thrombotycopenia syndrome bunyavirus(SFTSV),and Francisella tularensis(Ft) were detected positive with rates at 13. 33%,8. 00%,14. 67%,4. 00%,1. 33%,6. 67%,and 1. 33%,respectively. And the statistical differences were very significant(χ^2= 19. 83,P = 0. 003). The detection rates of 7 tick-borne pathogens infection in different rodent species were different,however had no statistical significance. And the composite infection rate was at 8%. Therefore,it can be concluded that in investigated area,wild rodents infected with tick-borne pathogens were fairly common,and positives rates of spotted fever group rickettsiae and Ehrlichia chaffeensis were regarded among the higher.
