小骨窗开颅与传统手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析小骨窗开颅与传统手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选择本院2014年1月-2016年10月收治的102例高血压脑出血患者作为本次的研究对象,分为常规组与实验组,其中对常规组采取传统手术进行治疗,对实验组采取小骨窗开颅治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组与常规组术后并发症发生率分别为35.29%与52.94%,P<0.05。实验组术后随访恢复良好的患者人数明显多于常规组,P<0.05。实验组神经功能缺损评分与住院时间均明显优于常规组,P<0.05。结论对高血压脑出血患者采取小骨窗开颅手术进行治疗,取得的疗效是显著的,且有助于缩短住院时间,可明显改善神经功能缺损症状,降低术后并发症发生率,值得实践推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the small bone window craniotomy and traditional surgery in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 102 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage received ant treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into conventional group and experimental group,the conventional group adopted the traditional surgery treatment,the experimental group took small bone window craniotomy treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The postoperative complication rate of conventional group and experimental group was respectively 35.29% and 52.94,P0.05.The number of patients who recovered well after operation follow-up was significantly more than the conventional group,P0.05.The neurological deficit score and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the conventional group,P0.05.Conclusion The small bone window craniotomy treatment is applied in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,which can obtain significant treatment effect,can contribute to shorter hospitalization time,can obviously improve the symptoms of nerve function defect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,is worth of popularizing practice.
