安脑丸改善血管性痴呆患者认知功能的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨安脑丸改善血管性痴呆患者认知功能障碍的疗效。方法将102例血管性痴呆患者随机分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51)。两组均接受常规药物治疗,观察组同时加用口服安脑丸治疗。治疗前、治疗后8周和16周时采用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评价临床疗效。结果治疗后8周,观察组MMSE和ADL评分与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后16周,观察组MMSE和ADL评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论口服安脑丸能够使血管性痴呆患者的认知功能与社会功能得到有效改善。Objective To explore the effect of Annao Pill on the improvement of cognitive function of vascular dementia patients.Methods 102 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Each group has 51 cases.Both two groups were administered with routine medicine,while Annao Pills were added in the observation group.Mini-mental State Examination（MMSE） and Activity of Daily Living Scale（ADL） were used to assess the efficacy before treatment and at the 8th,16 th weekend after treatment.Results There＇s no statistical difference in the scores of MMSE and ADL between the two groups at the 8th weekend after treatment（P〉0.05）;while the scores of MMSE and ADL of the observation group were much better than those of the control group at the 16 th weekend after treatment（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Oral administration of Annao Pill could make the cognitive function and social function of vascular dementia patients be effectively improved.
