分析温针灸联合髋部强刺激推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸联合髋部强刺激推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月-2016年9月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,按数字奇偶法分为2组,奇数进入对照组,共40例,采取温针灸治疗,偶数进入观察组,共40例,在对照组基础上联合髋部强刺激推拿治疗,均治疗4周后,观察两组治疗效果,同时采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对患者疼痛缓解情况进行评定,并观察患者直腿抬高试验情况。结果观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后直腿抬高试验高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者采取温针灸联合髋部强刺激推拿治疗的效果显著,缓解患者疼痛,且促进患者腰椎功能改善。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with strong stimulation of the hip in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Selected in June 2014-September 2016 in our hospital admitted to 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation, according to the number of parity were divided into 2 groups, odd into the control group, a total of 40 cases, take warm acupuncture treatment, even in the observation group, 40 cases in the control group based on the combined hip strong stimulation massage therapy. After 4 weeks of treatment were observed, the treatment effect of the two groups at the same time, using the visual analogue scale（VAS） of patients with pain were evaluated, and observed the straight leg raising test situation. Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05） after the treatment. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients with warm acupuncture combined with strong stimulation of the hip massage treatment effect is significant, ease the pain of patients, and promote the improvement of lumbar function.
