摘　　要：习近平总书记在国内外不同场合发表了许多精妙绝伦的讲话,类似于"绿水青山就是金山银山""老虎苍蝇一起打"的经典政治话语已经深入民心,引发了百姓拍案叫绝的强烈反应。习总讲话的精髓在一定程度上源于对修辞策略的恰切运用。研究习总讲话的艺术效果对于演讲者公开发言具有参照意义。The general secretary Xi Jinping on different occasions at home and abroad published a lot of speech is similar to the ＂Beautiful scenery is the gold and silver mines Tigers fly together＂ classic political discourse has been deeply rooted in the hearts of people, triggered a strong reaction. The essence of learning always overwhelmed with admiration for talking to a certain extent from the rhetorical strategies good use. Studying the artistic effect of Xi＇s general speech is of referential significance to the speaker＇s public speaking.
