摘 要:目的建立一种从绿衣枳壳中快速分离制备高纯度枳属苷的方法。方法采用多溶剂萃取法将枳属苷从绿衣枳壳乙酸乙酯萃取部分粗提物中分离出来,并通过多次试验优化了多溶剂萃取法条件,枳属苷最佳分离实验条件为:萃取溶剂V(甲醇):V(氯仿)=6:5,分相液为水,V(萃取溶剂):V(分相液)=11:4。结果该法所得的枳属苷单体,经HPLC峰面积归一化法计算其纯度均不低于98%。结论多溶剂萃取法是一种简单。高效的分离制备绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的方法。Objective: To establish an efficient method for the isolation and purification of poncirin with high purity from Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae. Methods: Multi-solvent Partition was applied to the preparative separation of poncirin with high purity from the acetidin extract of Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae. The optimized conditions of multi-solvent partition of poncirin by multiple tests were: methanol: chloroform (6:5, V:V), separatory liquid: water, solvent: separatory liquid (11:4, V:V). Results: The purity ofponcirin were obtained as this method is not less than 98% by the HPLC peak area normalization method. Conclusion: It is a simple and efficient method to obtain poncirin from Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae.
