摘　　要：约瑟夫·奈的"软权力"学说在日趋复杂的国际情势下的意义显得越发重要,并随着他的思想发展仍在不断完善。通过探索"软权力"理论包含的内在矛盾及未言明的部分,厘清"软权力"概念在国际政治理论内的定位,以批判其建构的新自由主义制度体系。通过深入思考奈的理论架构,剖析其理论实践延续的合法化轨迹,从而阐明奈理论的意识形态立场,并对该立场做出合理的批判。The ＂ soft power＂ theory proposed by Joseph Nye demonstrates significance in the increasing complicate international situations, and it is refined along with the development of Nye＇s thoughts. Through scrutiny of the internal contradicts and embedded assumptions in the theory, we delineate the position of the ＂ soft power＂ concept in international politics and then criticize the new liberal institutions build thereupon. After investigating NyeSs theoretical frameworks and tracing the legitimacy of his theory in practices, we expound the ideological stand of the theory, based on which we make a rational critique.
