摘　　要：2017年7月27日至28日,由国务院新闻办公室主办的第五届全国对外传播理论研讨会在山东烟台召开。中国对外传播领域政界、商界、学界、业界等海内外领军人士450余人会聚一堂,围绕"讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音"这一重大主题展开深入研讨,在传播战略顶层设计、塑造国际传播新格局、对外传播精准化转型、中华文化走出去、国家形象塑造、对外话语体系建设、地方外宣实践等诸多方面展示的创新成果,为建构中国特色的对外传播理论体系与实践路径作出了有益探索,体现了对外传播理论界对国家外宣事业大局的责任与担当。The fifth national Seminar on International Communication was held on July 27 in Yantai in East China＇s Shandong Province to discuss how China＇s stories and voice can be better heard by the world.As one of the most authoritative and renowned seminars on international communication in China,more than 450 attendees from universities,think-tanks and media organizations attended the biennial conference.Substantial innovative achievements have been made and published in the conference,with topics ranging from constructing national image,spreading Chinese culture,innovating the discourse system of international communication,etc.The seminar contributed a lot to explore the path,theory and method of China international communication.
