传染病疫情管理模式在乙肝疫苗成人接种应用中的防控效果探究

摘　　要：目的分析在成人接种乙肝疫苗期间应用传染病疫情管理模式的效果。方法选取某地区健康体检后确定肝功能正常的成年人1580名,随机分成两组,对照组790名接种成人乙肝疫苗期间采用常规管理模式,观察组790名接种成人乙肝疫苗期间在常规管理基础上加以传染病疫情管理模式。对比2组成人的乙肝表面抗体阳转率以及观察组男性成人和女性成人的阳转率。结果观察组成人乙肝表面抗体阳转率显著高于对照组,2组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组男性成人和女性成人乙肝表面抗体阳转率对比差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对成人接种乙肝疫苗采用传染病疫情管理模式能够提高成功率,效果显著,且不同性别接种成功率符合免疫反应一般规律,表明疫苗效果良好,能够有效预防乙肝,该模式值得推广应用。Objective to analyze effect of management mode of infectious disease epidemic situation applied for hepatitis B vaccination adult vaccination period. Methods choose 1580 cases with normal liver function after health check-up in an area, randomly divide them into two groups. 790 cases in control group were treated with routine management mode during hepatitis B vaccination adult vaccination period, and 790 in observation group with management mode of infectious disease epidemic situation based on routine management during hepatitis B vaccination adult vaccination period. Compare positive conversion rate of hepatitis B surface antibody of 2 groups, and that of male and female adults in observation group. Results positive conversion rate of adult hepatitis B surface antibody of observation group was significantly higher than control group, comparison difference showed statistical significance between two groups（P〈0.05）; comparison difference of hepatitis B surface antibody positive conversion rate of male and female adults in observation group showed no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion management mode of infectious disease epidemic situation can improve success rate with significant effect for adult hepatitis B vaccine vaccination, and vaccination success rate of different gender is consistent with general rules of immune response, which shows it has good vaccine effect, can effectively prevent hepatitis B. This model is worthy of promotion and application.
