摘　　要：脑卒中是由于急性脑血管疾病导致的大脑局部或全面性功能缺损,常有语言、吞咽以及肢体偏瘫等障碍,有较高的致残率和致死率。加强脑卒中偏瘫患者的护理干预对其生活质量改善有积极作用。延续性护理是一种从医院护理延伸至患者家居康复护理的持续性护理干预方式,能够有效提高康复效果。stroke is local or comprehensive functional impairmen of brain caused by acute cerebrovascular diseases, with obstacles of language, swallowing and limb paralysis and etc, and high morbidity and mortality. To strengthen nursing intervention of stroke hemiplegia patients has positive effect for improvement of life quality. Continuous nursing is a kind of intervention which extends from hospital nursing to patient＇s home rehabilitation nursing, which can effectively improve rehabilitation effect..
