芒硝外敷联合穴位按摩对腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能及治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芒硝外敷联合穴位按摩对腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能及治疗效果的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2016年12月行开腹手术患者152例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各76例。对照组给予腹部及穴位按摩,观察组给予中药芒硝外敷联合腹部及穴位按摩治疗,观察两组术后胃肠功能、疼痛程度及恢复情况。结果胃肠功能:术后5d,观察组胃动素、胃泌素明显高于对照组,腹胀持续时间、肛门排气时间明显短于对照组(t=3.959-23.178,P<0.05);术后恢复情况:观察组下床活动时间、术后住院时间、住院费用、并发症均明显低于对照组(t/χ~2=6.814-42.428,P<0.05)。结论芒硝外敷联合穴位按摩有助于改善胃肠功能,减少疼痛程度,降低并发症,促进术后恢复。Objective to observe effect of mirabilite external application combined with acupoint massage for postoperative gastrointestinal function and treatment of abdominal surgery patients. Methods choose 152 cases laparotomy patients from January 2015 to December 2016 as study objects,divide them into observation and control group by random number table method,76 cases in each. Control group was treated with abdominal and acupoint massage,and observation group with traditional Chinese medicine mirabilite external application combined with abdominal and acupoint massage,observe postoperative gastrointestinal function,pain degree and recovery of two groups. Results gastrointestinal function：5d after surgery,motilin and gastrin of observation group was significantly higher than control group,abdominal distension duration,anal exhaust time shorter than control group（t=3.959-23.178,P〈0.05）; postoperative recovery：activity time from bed,postoperative hospitalization time,hospital costs,complications were significantly lower than control group（t/=6.814-42.428,P〈0.05）. Conclusion mirabilite external application combined with acupoint massage can improve gastrointestinal function,reduce pains,reduce complications and promote postoperative recovery.
