基 金:内蒙古自然科学基金:子宫动脉栓塞术对卵巢血流及内分泌功能的影响(2010MS1124)
摘 要:目的探讨犬子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)后卵巢的激素分泌功能和卵巢动脉血流的变化。探讨UAE后卵巢光镜下病理学变化。方法建立犬子宫动脉栓塞模型,栓塞12只犬子宫动脉。术前当天、术后4周分别用彩色多普勒血流成像技术测量子宫及卵巢动脉的收缩期血流速度峰值(PSV)、舒张期末血流速度(EDV)及阻力指数(RI),并采用发光免疫检测技术检测促卵胞生成激素(FSH)、血中雌二醇(E2),促黄体生成激素(LH),孕酮(PROG)等内分泌激素水平。并术后光镜下观察卵巢病理学变化。实验数据采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计学处理。结果 (1)术前当天、术后4周卵巢动脉PSV值分别为4.55±0.44 cm/s、4.59±0.47 cm/s,EDV值分别为1.94±0.22 cm/s、1.95±0.14 cm/s,RI值分别为0.58±0.08 cm/s、0.57±0.06 cm/s,栓塞前后比较统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05);子宫动脉PSV值分别为12.50±1.65 cm/s、7.98±1.14 cm/s EDV值分别为5.34±0.78 cm/s、2.48±0.44 cm/s,RI值分别为0.57±0.07、0.69±0.05,栓塞前后比较统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)术前、术后4周FSH值分别为0.17±0.04 IU/L、0.15±0.05 IU/L,LH值分别为0.13±0.03IU/L、0.13±0.04 IU/L,E2值分别为24.48±4.32 ng/L、22.37±3.37 ng/L,P值分别为1.12±0.09 ug/L、0.89±0.11 ug/L,栓塞前后比较统计学上差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。(3)卵巢在光镜下病理学表现无明显差异。结论子宫动脉栓塞术对卵巢动脉血流无明显影响,且不会对生育年龄的卵巢功能及卵巢组织结构有明显的负面影响。Objectives To explore canine ovarian hormone secretion and ovarian arterial blood flow changes after Uterine artery embolization (UAE). To explore pathological changes in ovarian after UAE under ovary light microscope.Methods Create a model of canine uterine artery embolization and embolize 12 Canine uterine arteries. Carry out statistical analysis of experimental data using SPSS 11.5 software.Results (1)The day before surgery and 4 weeks after surgery, the ovarian artery psv is 4.55±0.44 cm/s and 4.59±0.47 ern/s respectively, end-diastolic flow velocity (EDV) is 1.94±0.22 cm/s and 1.95±0.14 cm/s respectively, resistance index (RI) is 0.58±0.08 em/s and 0.57±0.06 cm/s respectively. The difference before and after embolization has no statistical significance (P〉0.05). (3) The pathological change of the ovary Under the light microscope is not significant.Conclusion The uterine artery embolization has no influence over ovary blood flow and ovary function and ovary organizational structure during the child-bearing ages.
