针刺神门穴治疗酒精戒断焦虑征的研究现状

摘　　要：目前在世界范围内,酒精依赖不仅严重损害个人健康,也是家庭暴力和犯罪的重要根源。酒精戒断综合征主要表现为不同程度的焦虑症状,这种焦虑是酒精成瘾者复饮乃至严重依赖的重要诱因,因此缓解或防止酒精戒断焦虑症的发生一直被视为治疗酒精依赖的最有效手段之一。针灸作为我国传统医学的治疗方法,具有疗效稳定,操作安全简单和无成瘾性等优点,被广泛用于成瘾药物的脱敏和脱毒治疗。神门为心经原穴,具有理气活血、宁心安神的功效,主治心、精神和神志病变,而焦虑症状又属情志之证。因此,针刺神门穴可治疗由酒精戒断引起的焦虑等症,提供安全有效的戒断方法。本文就针刺神门穴治疗酒精戒断综合征做一综述,并为针刺疗法的进一步应用开发提供参考。Within the world-wide range,alcohol dependence is not only serious damage to people＇s health,it is also an important cause of domestic violence and crime.The major performance of alcohol withdrawal syndrome is different levels of anxiety symptoms,this anxiety is an important incentive of that alcohol addicts relapse and rely heavily on alcohol.Therefore the most effective Ineans of treatment for alcohol dependence is to relief and prevent anxiety.Acupuncture as a treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has many advantage,for instance,stable effect,safe operation,simple,non-addictive,and so on,it is widely used in detoxification and withdrawal treatment of addictive drugs.Shenmen is the original point of heart meridiam,which has efficacy of regulating Qi and promoting blood cireulatin and nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind.Shenmen is used to treat the disease of heart problems,mental illness and spiritual diseases,moreover, anxiety belongs to emotional disease.So,needling Shenmen can treat the anxiety by alcohol withdrawal,it can be a safe and effective method for treatment of withdrawaI.In order to provide a basis for further development of needling ,this article had reviewed for needling Shenmen to treat anxiety, insomnia and irritability by ethanol withdrawal.
