沐舒坦治疗儿童呼吸疾病的药理及临床研究进展

摘　　要：目的促进沐舒坦合理的临床应用,为进一步研究提供参考资料。方法查阅有关沐舒坦研究文献,对其药理及临床研究进行介绍。结果沐舒坦在儿童呼吸疾病应用现状,对药理和临床研究进行了综述。结论沐舒坦联合或单独用药治疗儿童呼吸疾病、尤其是新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征具有显著疗效。Objective To provide reference information for the further study and rational clinical application of Ambroxol .Methods Referred to the literatures on Ambroxol, the pharmacological actions and clinical application were introduced. Results The development status of Ambroxol was summarized, and the pharmacological actions and clinical application were reviewed in the paper. Conclusion When used alone or combined used with other medicines, Ambroxol have significant effects in the treatment of some children＇ s respiration diseases, especially neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
