摘　　要：金优2号为实生选优获得的板栗新品种,坚果棕红色,光亮美观,大果型,平均单粒重17.68 g;果肉淡黄色,细糯香甜,鲜果含淀粉31.4%,总糖6.09%,蛋白质4.10%,脂肪1.26%,品质上等;果实成熟期9月中旬,耐贮藏,适宜加工,加工制罐和速冻栗仁的破碎率在7%以下;树体结果早,丰产稳产,抗逆性强。The Castanea mollissirma ‘Jinyou 2 hao＇is a new chestnut variety selected and bred out through seedling selection.The nuts are reddish-brown,bright,beautiful and big.The average weight is 17.68 g.The pulp of nut is faint yellow-colored,waxy and sweet flavor.The quality of fresh nut is superior,containing 31.4% starch,6.09% sugar,4.10% protein,and 1.26% fat.Fruits mature at middle ten days of September,and have long storage life.The nuts are suitable for processing,and the broken rate of the nuts is below7% when processed to cans or frozen kernel.Particularly,the variety has the characters of early-bearing,high-yield and strong stress-resistance.
