优化收入分配机制激励农业科研人员科技创新的思考

摘　　要：文章分析了农业科研工作的特殊性,研究了江西省农业科研机构的收入分配现状,及其对科技人员科技创新积极性的影响;建议政府加大财政保障力度,提高农业科技人员基本收入,对重大科技成果和青年拔尖人才进行及时适度的奖励,在单位内部建立起有效的绩效考核制度,实现优绩优酬;为有关部门制定有利于稳定农业科技创新高端人才队伍,调动广大科技人员积极性和创造性,有力促进当地现代农业发展的薪酬保障制度提供参考。This paper analyzes the particularity of agricultural research,studies the income distribution status of agricultural research institutes in Jiangxi province,and its influence on the enthusiasm of scientific and technological innovation. It is suggested that the government should increase its financial security,improve the basic income of agricultural researchers,and establish an effective performance appraisal system to achieve the best performance. For the relevant departments to effectively promote the region pay security system to provide the reference of modern agricultural development.
