摘　　要：目的评价国产重组酵母乙肝疫苗(YDV)长期免疫效果。方法通过文献检索2005年以来公开发表且符合纳入标准的有关YDV免疫效果的中文文献,依据专业知识和改良的Jadad量表评分后,运用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共有6篇文献纳入本次研究。Meta分析结果显示,免后10~16年与免后1年的乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性率的OR合并及95%CI为1.61(0.88~2.95);乙肝核心抗体(抗-HBc)阳性率的OR合并及95%CI为1.11(0.46~2.64),经敏感性分析后,高度异质性明显下降,但免后10~16年与免后1年的HBsAg阳性率和抗-HBc阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。敏感性分析结果具有较好的稳定性。结论国产重组酵母乙肝疫苗在10~16年内的免疫效果良好,在此期间无需加强免疫。Objective To evaluate the long term immune effect of domestic yeast recombinant hepatitis B vaccine（YDV）. Methods All published studies in Chinese since 2005 to the present on the immune effect of YDV was found by literature search.Meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.3 statistical software after quality evaluation by professional knowledge and modified Jadad scale. Results A total of 6 studies were included into the review.Meta analysis results showed that the combined ORand 95%CI of HBsAg positive rate in subjects 10-16 years after immunization vs those 1 year after immunization was 1.61（0.88-2.95）.the combined ORand 95%CI of anti-HBc positive rate was 1.11（0.46-2.64）in 10-16 years vs 1 year.After the sensitivity analysis,the highly heterogeneous significantly changed.However,there was no statistical difference（P〈0.05）in positive rates of HBsAg and anti-HBc between 10-16 years and 1 year after immunization.The results of sensitivity analysis had good stability. Conclusion YDV has good immune effect in 10-16 years.It is not necessary to take booster immunization during this period.
