摘　　要：目的了解山东大学生的性行为及相关知识的掌握情况和对其态度等,为相关部门制定有效措施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,于2016年6月对山东省4所本科高校800名大学生进行匿名问卷调查,对收集的资料进行统计分析。结果调查800名大学生,获得有效问卷721份,有效率为90.13%。山东大学生对性行为相关知识知晓率普遍较低,其中知识题的正答率医学院校高于其他3个学校,女生高于男生(P<0.05)。医学专业高于非医学专业(P<0.05),高年级学生高于低年级学生(P<0.05)。9.21%的大学生已开始婚前性生活,71.98%的大学生能够接受婚前性行为,43.27%的大学生认为有必要在学校开展性健康教育;不同性别、专业、年级间对待知识和态度的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),女生优于男生,医学专业优于非医学专业,高年级优于低年级。结论知识可以影响态度的改变,家庭、学校、社会有必要正确引导大学生树立健康的性行为观念。Objective To understand the situation of knowledge and attitude to sexual behavior among university students in Shandong province,so as to provide basis for effective measures for relevant departments. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 800 students selected by the random sampling method in four universities in Shandong province in 2016,and data were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 800 university students were surveyed,721 copies of effective questionnaire were collected for statistical analysis,the effective rate was 90.13%.The awareness rate of sexual behaviors among university students in Shandong province was generally low.Among them,the positive answer rate of knowledge questions in medical college was higher than that in the other three schools,the female university students＇ was higher than that of the male（P〈0.05）.That of the medical university students was higher than that of the non-medical majors＇（P〈0.05）.That of the senior students was higher than that of the junior students（P〈0.05）.9.21% of university students had started pre-marital sex life,71.98% of university students could accept sexual behavior before marriage;43.27% of university students thought that it was necessary to open courses on sexual health education in universities.Comparative analysis of different schools,different genders,different majors and different grades in the field of knowledge and attitude showed statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）,suggesting that medical schools were superior to other schools and females superior to males,higher grades superior than lower grades. Conclusion Knowledge can affect the change of attitude.It is necessary for family,university,and society to guide university students to set up healthy and correct understanding of sexual behavior.
