摘　　要：目的了解淄博市某中等职业学校学生性心理、性观念状况,为今后开展学生健康教育提供参考。方法 2017年1月对淄博市某中等职业学校全部在校学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果调查学生2 113名,52.63%的人有与异性交往的愿望,35.49%的人有过性冲动,31.99%的人有过性幻想,30.53%的有过性梦。对婚前性行为、一夜情、多性伴、商业性行为、同性恋持有反对态度的分别占42.26%、62.85%、80.69%、79.13%和80.41%。不同性别和年级中职学生除了性冲动外的其他性心理之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01、<0.05)。不同性别和年级中职学生性观念之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01、<0.05)。结论淄博市某中职学校学生性心理较为成熟,性观念开放。Objective To understand the condition of sexual psychology and sexual attitudes among students in a vocational school in Zibo city,so as to provide the basis for health education among the students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among all students in the vocational school in Zibo city,January 2017.SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 2 113 students were surveyed.52.63% of the students were willing to communicate with the opposite sex.The ratio of the students who had sexual impulses was 35.49%,and that of them who had sexual fantasy was 31.99%.30.53% of the students had sexual dreams.The ratio of being opposing sex attitude including premarital sex,one night stand,sexual partners,commercial sex and homosexual was respectively 42.26%,62.85%,80.69%,79.13% and 80.41%.There was statistical difference in the incidence rate of sexual psychology except for sex impulse among different sex and grade students（P〈0.01,0.05）.There was statistical difference in the incidence rate of sexual attitudes among different sex and grade students（P〈0.01,0.05）. Conclusion Vocational school students have mature sexual psychology and open sexual concept in a vocational school,Zibo city.
