腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管性不孕症患者围手术期的护理措施

摘　　要：目的探讨行腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管性不孕症患者的围手术期护理措施。方法选取2016年6-12月期间于该院确诊为输卵管性不孕症并行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者84例为研究对象，并按随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组各42例，观察组给予围手术期护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况及心理症状评分情况。结果观察组患者经围手术期护理措施后手术时间（81．5±11．7）min、住院时间（5．4±1．5）d均显著短于仅给予常规护理的对照组（95．8±20．2）min、（7．2±1．3）d，差异具有统计学意义（均P〈O．05）；观察组术后并发症发生率（7．14％）显著低于对照组（26．19％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；观察组患者焦虑、抑郁、人际关系、躯体化评分均显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论对行腹腔镜手术治疗的输卵管性不孕症患者实施有效的围手术期护理有利于缩短手术时间，减少并发症，改善患者心理状态，并促进患者早日康复，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing by laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 84 patients who were measures for patients with oviduct infertility treated diagnosed with tubal infertility during laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were di- vided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 42 cases of each group. The observation group was given perioperative care, while the control group was given regular care. The time of opera- tion, hospitalization time, complications and psychological symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The time of operation （81.5 ± 11.7） minutes and the length of hospital stay （5.4 ± 1.5） days in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （95.8±20. 2） minutes, （7. 2±1.3） days （P〈0. 05） . The incidence of postoperative complications （7.14%） in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （26. 19% ） （P〈0. 05 ） . The anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship and somatization scores were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0. 01 ） . Conclusions The effective perioperative care of patients with tubal infertility treated by laparoscopic surgery is beneficial to shorten the operation time, reduce the complica- tions, improve the psychological state of the patients and promote the early recovery of patients, which is worthy of clin- ical application.
