摘 要:双电源自动转换开关电磁机构起着将线圈内部的电能转换为机构的机械能的作用.电网电压的变化和不同的合闸相角对双电源自动转换开关(ATSE)电磁机构的动态特性影响很大,以某型号PC级一体式双电源自动转换开关为研究对象,利用虚拟样机技术研究了在不同电压幅值和不同合闸相角下产品的电流特性,速度特性和时间特性.分析了动铁心吸合时的速度给出了电网电压下最佳合闸相角范围,为提高电磁机构的机械寿命提供了依据.分析了I2t特性和动铁心的吸合时间,给出了电网电压下最佳合闸相角范围,为减少双电源自动转换开关控制电路中晶闸管的发热和提高双电源自动转换开关控制模块的寿命提供了依据.最后综合考虑动铁心的吸合速度和I2t特性给出电网电压下最佳合闸相角范围,提高了双电源自动转换开关电磁机构的整体性能.A bstract The electromagnetic mechanism of dual power automatic transfer switching equipment(ATSE) converts the electric energy inside the coil into the mechanical energy of the mechanism. The change of the grid voltage and different closing phrase angle have a great influence on the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic mechanism of dual power automatic transfer switching equipment(ATSE). Taking a type of PC integrated dual power automatic transfer switch as the research object as the research object, we study the characteristics of the current, speed and time in different voltage and different closing phase angle by using virtual prototyping technology. The speed of moving core pick-up is analyzed and the best closing phase angle range is given under the grid voltage conditions, providing the basis for improving mechanical life of electromagnetic mechanism. The characteristics of I~2t and moving core pick-up time is analyzed and the best closing phase angle range is given under the power grid voltage conditions, providing the basis for reducing the heat of the thyristor and improving the life of the control module in the Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switching equipment. In the end, considering the speed of moving core pick-up and the characteristics of I~2t, the best closing phase angle range is given under the power grid voltage conditions. The whole performance of electromagnetic mechanism of double power automatic switch equipment has been improved.
