摘  要:利用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)与Irgacure 2959反应形成的端异氰酸酯与全氟烷基乙醇(PFA)反应制备了一种含氟的光引发剂(2959-IPDI-PFA),利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱以及紫外-可见光谱表征了其结构,利用紫外-可见光谱研究了其紫外光裂解过程,用实时红外光谱探讨了2959-IPDI-PFA引发1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)聚合的光固化反应的动力学.结果表明,与Irgacure 2959相比,2959-IPDI-PFA具有较高的光引发活性,氟引发剂向表面迁移降低了氧阻聚效应.此外,2959-IPDI-PFA引发UV-6A、HDDA光聚合所得固化膜的凝胶率为96%,残留光引发剂2959-IPDI-PFA的迁移率比Irgacure 2959的迁移率低.2959-IPDIPFA与2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(DAROCUR 1173)复配具有良好的光引发性能.A fluorinated photoinitiator(2959-IPDI-PFA) had been synthesized through the reaction of perfluoroalkyl alcohol(PFA) with terminated isocyanate, which obtained by the reaction of isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) with Irgacure2959. The structure was characterized by FT-IR,1 H NMR and UV-vis spectroscopy and the photobleaching of it was analyzed by UV-vis spectroscopy. The photopolymerization kinetics of HDDA initiated by 2959-IPDI-PFA was explored by real-time FT-IR. The results revealed that the photo initiated activity of 2959-IPDI-PFA is higher than that of Irgacure2959. The oxygen inhibition effect was reduced due to the migration of fluorinated photoinitiator.In addition, the gel rate of cured films obtained by polymerization of UV-6 A,HDDA initiated by 2959-IPDI-PFA is 96%, and the mobility of the residual photoinitiator 2959-IPDI-PFA is lower than that of Irgacure 2959. The combination of 2959-IPDI-PFA with2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one(DAROCUR 1173) had an excellent photoinitiating performance.
