摘  要:湍流聚并技术是脱除细颗粒的有效手段,本文采用数值模拟的方法研究了1种新型三维湍流聚并室内细颗粒物的湍流聚并特性,比较3种不同聚并室的团聚效果,得出第3种聚并室团聚效果最好.对第3种聚并室分析了细颗粒物的颗粒相体积分数、入口颗粒粒径以及流速对细颗粒湍流聚并效果的影响.结果表明:聚并效果随着体积分数的增大而提高;在入口颗粒体积分数为5×10^(-4)时,颗粒粒径越小,聚并效果越显著;随着流速的增大,聚并效果越显著.The agglomeration of turbulence is an effective method of removing fine particles. A new type of three-dimensional turbulent agglomeration chamber is studied by numerical simulation in order to find turbulence agglomeration effect of fine particles. By comparing the effects of different aggregation chambers, the third is the best. In the third turbulence model, the volume fraction of phase, the size of fine particles and the rate of flow has been analyzed on aggregation effect of fine particles. The results show that the effect of aggregation increases with the increasing of the volume fraction. The smaller the sizeof fine particles, the more remarkable the effect of agglomeration,while the volume fraction of the particles is 5 × 10^-4. With the increase of flow velocity, the growth of particles becomes better.
