浅析扶肝化纤汤的处方组成、药理作用及临床应用

摘　　要：张光奇教授根据多年的临床经验,结合大量文献研究,提出肝纤维化的中医病机关键是"正虚毒蕴血瘀",以从脾论治、培土荣木为根本,以健脾疏肝、化瘀消癥、扶正解毒为治则,立方"扶肝化纤汤"治之。经多年临床验证,疗效显著。本文对扶肝化纤汤的药理作用进行归纳和总结,从处方组成及临床应用等方面分析其治疗肝纤维化的理论依据。FuganHuaxian Decoction created by Professor Zhang Guangqi based on years of clinical experience, combined a large number of literature research, adv ance the theory of the pathogenesis key of liver fibrosis is deficiency of vital energy,toxin accumulation and blood stasis,base on treating spleen to improving function of liver, dissolving stasis to eliminating disease, take ＂strengthen spleen and soothe liver, strengthening body resistance for detoxication＂ as the principle, for treatment of liver fibrosis.After years of clinical verification, FuganHuaxian Decoction is significantly effective for liver fibrosis. This article summarized the pharmacological effects of FuganHuaxian Decoction, and analyzed composition of prescription and clinical application to investigate theoretical basis of it.
