摘　　要：随着全国城镇化进程的发展,电梯的数量快速增长,在用电梯"老龄化"问题日益突出。采用物联网技术,建设"电梯安全物联公共服务平台"是提高电梯安全管理水平的有效措施。基于电梯物联网建设目前存在的问题,提出了推广电梯物联网平台建设所采取的有效措施,并归纳总结了可行的商业发展模式。With the development of the national urbanization process, the number of elevators is increasing rapidly, and the problem of ＂aging＂ in elevators is becoming more and more prominent. It is an effective measure to improve the elevator safety management level by using the internet of things technology, the construction of public security service platform for elevator safety.Based on the existing problems in the construction of elevator IoT, this paper puts forward some effective measures to promote the construction of elevator IoT platform, and summarizes the feasible business development model.
