摘　　要：专变是配电网中重要的组成部分,其数量在部分地区是公变台数的数倍之多。在供电企业用户资产接管工作展开后,提出接收建议对供电企业的接收工作有着极大的指导作用。首先定义了年最大负载率和年利用率两个指标;其次对指标进行范围划分并根据指标的范围线提出了"十九区图"的筛选方法;最后根据"十九区图"提出了专变的接收建议,形成了接收建议表,接收方案包括优先接收、次优接收、可考虑接收和暂不考虑接收四种方案。研究成果对供电企业的用户资产接收工作有较大的指导作用。The spceifictransform is regarded as an important part of the distribution network, and its number is several times the number of the public transform in some areas. After the power supply enterprise user asset takeover has been carried out, receiving suggestion is proposed to the power supply enterprise＇s reception work has the extremely instruction function. Firstly, the two indicators annual maximum load rate and annual utilization are defined in this paper. Secondly, the indicators are divided into scope and the selection method of ＂nineteen-zone diagram＂ is proposed. Finally, the receive suggestions of specific transform are presented according to ＂nineteen-zone diagram＂, and receive suggestion form is frowned, the scheme includes priority receiving, suboptimal receiving, consideration of receiving and no consideration for receiving. Research results have a great guiding effect on the user＇s asset receiving work.
