用妈富隆预防人工流产手术后月经不调的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨使用妈富隆预防人工流产手术后月经不调的效果。方法 :选取2016年4月至2017年1月期间在四川省渠县人民医院进行人工流产手术的100例女性作为研究对象。随机将这些女性平均分为观察组和对照组。术后对所有女性均进行常规处理。在此基础上,对观察组女性使用妈富隆预防月经不调。观察两组女性术后的出血量、术后出血的时间、月经复潮的时间、术后月经是否正常、术后第7天的尿人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)转阴情况。结果 :观察组女性术后的出血量少于对照组女性(P<0.05),其术后出血的时间及月经复潮的时间均短于对照组女性(P<0.05),其术后月经正常率及术后第7天的尿HCG转阴率均高于对照组女性(P<0.05),其术后月经不调率低于对照组女性(P<0.05)。结论 :使用妈富隆预防人工流产手术后月经不调的效果显著,可减少女性在术后的出血量,缩短其术后出血的时间,促进其尿HCG转阴及月经恢复正常。Objective： To investigate effect of marvelon for prevention to irregular menstrual after induced abortion. Methods： Select 100 cases of patients who accepted induced abortion in Qu County People＇s Hospital for research object. Randomly divide the patients into experimental group and control group. Base on routine nursing, treat experimental group with marvelon for prevent irregular menstrual. Then observe bleeding volume and bleeding time after operation, menstrual regular or not, HCG negative conversion ratio in 7 days after operation. Results： Bleeding volume after operation of experimental group is less than that in control group（P〈 0.05）. HCG negative conversion ratio in 7 days after operation of experimental group is higher than that in control group（P 〈0.05）. Irregular menstrual rate of experimental group is lower than that control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Effect of marvelon for prevention to irregular menstrual after induced abortion is significant, marvelon will decrease bleeding volume after operation, shorten bleeding time after operation, improve HCG level and menstrual return to normal.
