对成都市双流区11404例农村女性进行阴道分泌物检测的情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对成都市双流区11404例农村女性进行阴道分泌物检测的情况。方法:对成都市双流区11404例35~64岁的农村女性进行阴道分泌物检测,评估其阴道的清洁度及外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)、滴虫性阴道炎(TV)及细菌性阴道病(BV)的发病率。结果:在11404例受检者中,阴道清洁度为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度者有6896例(占60.47%),阴道清洁度为Ⅲ~Ⅳ度者有4508例(占39.53%),被诊断患有VVC者有728例(占6.38%),被诊断患有BV者有483例(占4.24%),被诊断患有TV者有97例(占0.85%)。与年龄为55~64岁的受检者相比,本组中年龄为45~54岁的受检者VVC、BV的发病率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各年龄段受检者TV的发病率相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本组受检者VVC、BV、TV的发病率与其年龄无明显的关系。结论:成都市双流区35~64岁的农村女性发生生殖道感染的情况比较严重,其生殖道疾病的发病率较高,其所患的生殖道疾病以外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病、滴虫性阴道炎为主,其细菌性阴道病的发病率较低。该地区的农村女性VVC、BV、TV的发病率与其年龄无明显的关系。Objective： To investigate 11404 cases of Shuangliu District of Chengdu City, rural women＇s vaginal examination results.Methods： To test vaginal secretions of 11404 cases of rural women Shuangliu District whose age between 35 years to 64 years,then assess cleaning degree of vagina and morbidity of vulvovnginal candidlasis（VVC）, trichomonas vaginitis（TV）and bacterial vaginosis（BV）. Results： Among the 11404 women,there are 6896 cases with cleaning degree of vagina of grade I to II（60.47%）,and 4508 cases of with cleaning degree of vagina of grade III to IV（ 39.53%）, 728 cases of VVC（6.38%）, 483 cases of BV（4.24%）, 97 cases of TV（0.85%）. Compare with the cases between 55 to 64 years old, the morbidity of VVC and BV in the cases between 45 to 54 are higher（P〈0.05）, the difference of morbidity of TV in the cases has no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The morbidity of VVC,BV and TV have no significant correlation of ages of the cases. Conclusion： The state of reproductive tract infections in rural women between 35 to 64 years in Shuangliu District of Chengdu is serious, the morbidity is high, VVC and TV are mean type of reproductive tract infections, the morbidity of BV is lower. The morbidity of VVC,BV and TV have no significant correlation of ages of the women.
