摘　　要：建立完善的职业接触防护体系,开展职业安全防护专题培训,提高医务人员的自我防护意识,有针对性地制定和落实生物性因素、物理性因素、化学性因素等职业危害因素防控措施,是医疗机构做好职业接触防护管理工作的重要前提,可以有效降低医务人员职业暴露事件的发生。大型综合医院医务人员职业接触防护实践可以为医疗机构职业接触防护管理工作提供依据。Occupational exposure protection for medical staff are very important for the management in large general hospitals.These strategies are considered as the important prerequisites of occupational exposure protection management in medical institutions,including establishment of a complete system of occupational exposure protection,education medical staff on occupational protection,improvement of self-protection consciousness of medical staff,implementation of occupational preventive measures for occupational hazards.It is expected to reduce the incidents of occupational exposure through these strategies.
