摘　　要：目的 :探索儿科专科护士培训模式和经验,以供其他专科护士培训借鉴。方法 :将六西格玛DMAIC管理模式运用于儿科专科护士培训班,并对培训的效果进行评价。结果 :儿科专科护士培训基地建立了基于DMAIC管理模式的培训模式,学员的核心能力、知识和技能等均得到显著提升。结论 :系统规范的DMAIC管理模式有利于提升儿科专科护士的教学质量,符合现代儿科护理发展趋势,应不断改进并优化培训流程,进一步提高儿科专科护士培训质量和教学效果。Objective：To explore the effect of Six Sigma DMAIC process management in improving the quality of pediatric specialized nurse training.Methods：The Six Sigma DMAIC process management was introduced to the pediatric specialized nurse training,and the results of training were evaluated.Results：The systematic training model based on Six Sigma DMAIC process management was developed,and the students＇ knowledge and core competencies was significantly improved.Conclusion：The systematic training conforms to the development of pediatric specialized nursing,and can be generalized in the future.
