北美液化天然气项目发展前景分析

摘　　要：近年北美地区规划建设的多数液化天然气项目均处于待建状态,2016年以来LNG长贸合同价格水平明显下降,合同期限进一步缩短,价格公式挂靠类型多样化。从当前市场环境看,LNG工厂建设投资水平及其运营模式、原料气价格水平、国际市场原油价格走势、国际市场LNG船运容量及运费水平等因素,综合决定着北美地区LNG项目的价格生存空间。LNG销售价格公式中,目前11%左右的JCC油价挂靠系数使得北美很多LNG项目搁置,只有JCC油价挂靠系数恢复到12%以上,才能发展此类项目。Recent years most planning LNG projects in North America stay in to-be-built state. Since 2016, the price of LNG long-term contract has declined dramatically, the term further has shortened, and the types of the price formulas have diversified. From the current market point of view, those factors such as the investment level and operation modes of LNG factories, the price level of the raw gas, the trend of oil price in international market, the shipping capacities and freight of LNG vessels and so on, jointly decide the price living space of LNG in North America area. Currently, many LNG projects in North America linking up with JCC oil price by about 11% of coefficient are shelved and only those whose coefficient is above 12% could develop fiarther,
