摘  要:采样测量技术已广泛应用于工频电参数的测量,文中基于Keysight公司的34411A数字采样电压表开发了工频高压标准二次电压测量系统,在研制过程中,通过研究固定采样频率下的采样间隔准确值的测量方法,利用得到的采样间隔作为采样点的时间标识重构采样波形,使得用于DFT的数据序列接近于整周期采样序列,进而提高采样测量的准确度。文中还使用了电压阻抗变换技术,利用研制的精密两级电压缓冲跟随器,减小工频高压标准二次输出电压的阻抗,从而提高了电压测量的精度。实验结果表明,研制的测量系统满足工频高压标准二次电压特征参数的测量及所规定的技术指标要求。The sampling measurement technology has been widely used in power frequency electric parameters measurement. A secondary voltage measurement system for power frequency high voltage standard was developed on the basis of 34411A digital sampling voltage meter produced by Keysight company in this paper. By studying on the measurement method of accurate sampling interval value under fixed sampling frequency and refactoring sampling waveform with the sampling interval as the time marks of sampling points,the data sequences applied in DFT were made close to the whole cycle sampling sequences, as a result, the sampling measurement accuracy was improved. The impedance transformation technology was also used in this paper. With the precision two-level buffer voltage follower, the impedance of the secondary output voltage of the power frequency high voltage standard was reduced, the voltage measurement accuracy was improved. The experimental result shows that this measurement system satisfies for the requirements of secondary voltage characteristic parameters measurement of power-frequency high-voltage standard and its specified technical indexes.
