摘 要:目的控制医用Mg在体内的降解速率,实现降解产物的吸收和提高种植体表面的活性。方法纯Mg表面超声微弧氧化、碱处理、浸渍复合处理,研究表面丝素浸泡时间对多元膜层体内植入结合力和骨生长的影响。实验分为超声微弧氧化(UMAO)A组、超声微弧氧化-碱处理-硅烷-丝素浸0.5 h的B组和浸1.5 h的C组,扫描电镜观察涂层形貌,全数字化口腔CT(CBCT)检测植入后骨结合状态,苏木精伊红(HE)染色观察骨组织生长情况。结果 Mg超声微弧氧化经Na OH处理,硅烷偶联丝素蛋白多级组装,填充了涂层的孔隙,达到了封孔,起到了控制Mg体内降解速率的作用,随着浸渍丝素时间增加,骨结合和骨生长情况均为C组>B组>A组,体内降解的腐蚀产物得到吸收。结论纯Mg表面通过超声微弧氧化-碱处理-硅烷偶联-丝素/1.5 h组装多元膜层具有促进骨结合和骨生长的能力。Objective Tocontrol the degradation rate of medical Mg in vivo and achieve the absorption of degradation products and improve bioactivity on the surface of implants. Methods The effects of soaking time of silk fibroin to the bonding force of polybasic films implanted in vivo and bone growth were studied by the composite treatment of ultrasound micro-arc oxidation,alkali treatment and impregnationon the surface of pure Mg. The experiments are done on group A of ultrasound micro arc oxidation( UMAO),group B of UMAO-alkali treatment-soaking 0. 5 h by silk fibroin,and group C of soaking 1. 5 h. The topography of coatings was observed by SEM. Digital dental CT( CBCT) was used to detect osseointegration after implantation. Hematoxylin eosin( HE) staining was used to observe bone growth. Results The treatmentsof alkali treatment,hierarchical assembly of silk fibroin and silane coupling filled the pores of coatings and played a role in the hole sealing and control the degradation rate of Mg. With the increase in soaking time of impregnating fibroin,bone osseointegration and bone growth were C group B group A group,and in vivo corrosion products of degradation were absorbed. Conclusions The assembling polybasic films have the ability to promote bone osseointegration and bone growth by UMAO-alkali treatment-silane coupling-soaking fibroin for 1. 5 h on the surface of pure Mg.
