台风对厦门快速公交系统营运影响的调查与浅析

摘　　要：厦门快速公共交通系统(Bus Rapid Transit,BRT)是厦门城市公交出行的主要方式。2016年9月15日超强台风莫兰蒂直击厦门,给这座城市带来了巨大的破坏;继莫兰蒂台风后,9月28日"鲇鱼"台风登陆福建,最大风力达到8级,并且带来了持续一周的大量降水。本文以厦门BRT为研究对象,以两次风灾后的实地调查为依据,对厦门快速公交系统的营运状况和受损情况进行基本研究探讨,初步提出了在面对突发台风灾害时BRT的建设与运营对策和建议。Xiamen Bus Rapid Transit （BRT） is the main way of city bus travel in Xiamen. In September 15, 2016 super typhoon Meranti hit Xiarnen, brought great damage to the city; following ＂Catfish＂ typhoon landing in Fujian, the maximum wind reached 8, and brought rainfall for a week. Based on the investigation after the typhoons, this paper conducted a preliminary study on Xiamen bus rapid transit system＇s operating conditions and damage situation, put forward in the face of the construction and operation of emergency typhoon disaster BRT countermeasures and suggestions.
