摘　　要：目的:观察推针结合治疗颈背肌筋膜炎疗效。方法:48例颈背肌筋膜炎患者,患者均采用推针结合的治疗方法,观察其效果。结果:48例患者治愈41例,占85.4%;好转7例,占14.6%;未愈0例。总有效率为100.0%。结论:推针结合治疗颈背肌筋膜炎具有良好的治疗效果。Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with push treating nape myofascitis. Methods： 48 cases of nape myofascitis patients, patients were treated by acupuncture combined with push, to observe its effect. Results： 48 cases were cured 41 cases, accounting for 85.4%; 7 cases were improved, 0 cases ineffective accounted for 14.6%. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： The combination of the push pin has a good therapeutic effect on treatment of nape myofascitis.
